• Understandable — structured data describes who you are and what you sell, so an agent does not have to guess from markup.
• Callable — an MCP server exposes what your site can actually do, so an agent invokes a capability instead of scraping a page.
• Trusted — verified agents are not blocked at the door, and a machine-readable policy says what they may do.
• Transactable — an agent can complete something: fill a form, start an enquiry, place an order.
